YEQ1 series of Dual Power Automatic Transfer Switch consists of two 3-electrode or 4-electrode micro-breakers and some other accessories (assistance, alarming contacts) such as mechanical interlocking setup and controllers and so on.

Working Principle of Automatic Transfer Switches CB-class
When the main power supply keeps normal and function keys are on automatic shift, the backup breaker opens and the normal breaker closes to ensure the latter one connect the load. If one or three-phase of the normal power breaks voltage, ATS will transfer the load from the normal circuit to the backup circuit (while the backup circuit has a normal voltage)and return it to main circuit while main power supply recovers.
Operation and Maintenance of YEQ1-63L Automatic Transfer Switches CB-class
Manual operation is always available no matter whether there’s a voltage in normal and backup power supply or not,while manual operating, you should set manual/automatic key on manual position and push it in a clockwise direction to the terminal, then the backup power supply implementary breaker QR opens, and the main power supply implementary breaker QR closes: When pushing in a counterclockwise direction, the states of breakers will be totally reversed. The power indicating light of the panel represents the working power supply of automatic control box,if it’s off, it means power supply of the control box goes wrong and should not adjust the switch. After the normal recovery, set manual/automatic key on automatic position. Set automatic transfer switch on the circuit no matter normal or backup ones as long as it can keep main power supplying, the corresponding lights will be on. There are two 1A fuse breakers and a connection terminal in the automatic transfer switch and the fuse breaker can be used as a automatic fuse breaker to protect short-circuit. The connection terminals used to distribute current that assist connecting the indicating lights on the control panels with a voltage of 220V and a current of 150mA, refer to the accompanied manual and current chart for detailed operation information to connect.
Trouble-analysis and Exclusion of Automatic Transfer Switch CB-class:
When the supplied power changes under the automatic control status, the electronic-operation organs don’t run just as the small breaker don’t close or open, then you should first check:
1) Whether all circuits of one electric grid are power cut
2) Whether there are cables breaking off
3) Whether the fuse itself has been broken, if front terminals of any breaker are power on and with a correct connection and a good fuse but still couldn’t close or open, you should invite the professional persons or contact the manufacture.
